摘  要:PLC是一种数字运算的操作系统,通过运行用户程序来完成自动化控制的装置。PLC之所以能够取代继电器,作为电梯控制器,是因为它不仅有超强的逻辑运算能力,还能够完成定时计数等功能,控制系统因为PLC的加入会变得更加柔性化、智能化。其核心部件是CPU,结合机电技术,充分发挥其作用。本论文介绍了通过西门子S7-200PLC控制六层电梯以及用组态软件实现组态的功能。PLC is an operating system for digital operations which performs automatic control by running user programs.It is applied to replace relays as an elevator controller because it not only has super strong logic computing capabilities,but also can perform functions such as timing and counting.The control system will become more flexible and intelligent due to the application of PLC.Its core component is CPU,which combines electromechanical technology to give full play to its role.In the paper below,an introduction was made to the practice to control a six-story elevator via Siemens S7-200PLC and to realize configuration with configuration software.
