摘　　要：根据碱回收苛化工段管式白液压力过滤器工艺与设备运行生产经验,结合市场和用户需求,研制了BYGⅡ系列白液精细过滤器。该白液精细过滤器已投产应用于国内外多家企业,白液澄清度可达到小于20 mg/L,设备运行平稳可靠,达到预期设计目标。According to the process and equipment operation experience of tubular white liquor pressure filter in alkali recovery causticiza⁃tion section,considering the market and customers demand,BYGⅡseries white liquor fine filter were developed.The white liquor fine fil⁃ter has been put into operation and applied to many mills at home and abroad.The white liquor clarity could be less than 20 mg/L,and the equipment ran stably and reliably,achieving the expected design goal.
