摘 要:建设用地是当下制约城市经济快速发展进程的主要因素之一,提升有限土地资源的利用率,为城市开辟出更为广阔空间是当今时代发展的重要主题之一。基础托换施工技术是近些年研发的新型手段之一,将其用于项目建设及改造领域中,在确保上部结构安全性的基础上,挖掘土方并开发地下空间,目前该技术在砌体建筑地下空间开发建设领域中有较广泛应用,取得的效果也较为理想。结合承钢焦化厂转运站工程案例,较为详细地探究静压钢管桩基础托换施工设计、施工方案及质量安全管理措施,以供参考。Nowadays,construction land is one of the main factors restricting the rapid development of the urban economy.Improving the utilization efficiency of limited land resources and opening up a wider space for the city is one of the important themes of the development of the current era. The foundation underpinning construction technology is one of the new methods developed in recent years. It is used in the field of project construction and transformation. On the basis of ensuring the safety of the superstructure,excavating earthwork and developing underground space. It is widely used in the field of building underground space development and construction,and the results obtained are also ideal. Based on the case study of the transfer station at Chenggang Coking Plant,the author explores the design,construction plan and quality and safety management measures of static pressure steel pipe pile foundation underpinning for peer reference.
