直肠前突型便秘球囊辅助排便的排粪造影研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠前突型便秘球囊(球囊)辅助直肠前突型便秘排便的价值。方法:回顾性分析本院28例中、重度直肠前突便秘患者,在其阴道内置入便秘球囊,于直肠排粪造影的力排相测量其前、后直肠前突的深度、肛直角及肛上距,比较前后变化。结果:便秘球囊置入前、后直肠前突的深度为(32.32±5.41)、(18.56±3.25)mm,两者有统计学意义(P<0.01);肛直角为(108.30±11.78)、(122.13±10.56)°,肛上距为(49.18±8.36)、(41.38±6.34)mm,前后对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:便秘球囊支撑阴道后壁,改变了排便压力方向,恢复了正常排便解剖生理结构,从而起到辅助排便的作用,可推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of rectocele constipation balloon(balloon)assisted defecation in patients with rectocele constipation.Methods A Retrospective analysis was made on 28 patients with moderate or severe rectocele treated with a rectocele constipation balloon through the vagina.The degree of rectocele,anorectal angle and distance between anorectal junction and pubococcygeal line during straining defecation were compared before and after implantation.Results There were statistically significant differences in the degree of rectocele,anorectal angle and distance between anorectal junction and pubococcygeal line between the before and after intervention in defecography.The degree of rectocele were(32.32±5.41)mm、(18.56±3.25)mm,anorectal angle were(108.30±11.78)°、(122.13±10.56)°,the anorectal junction and pubococcygeal line were(49.18±8.36)mm、(41.38±6.34)mm,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The rectocele constipation balloon can change the force direction of defecation and recover the normal physiological and anatomical structure of defecation by supporting the posterior wall of the vagina,which can be widely used in auxiliary defecation.
