基于AHP的福州港闽江通海航道船舶交通安全评价及对策研究

摘　　要：为了保障福州港闽江通海航道船舶交通安全,提高港口运营效率,保护海洋环境,在分析影响福州港闽江通海航道海上交通安全的各类因素的基础上,建立船舶交通安全评价指标体系,在此基础上应用层次分析AHP评价方法对福州港闽江通海航道通航安全进行评价,以获得影响其海上交通安全的主要因素,并针对评价结果,结合航道的特点与现状,提出减少各类风险相应的对策和建议.In order to safeguard the maritime navigation safety of Minjiang channel of Fuzhou port,improve the efficiency of port operation,protect the marine environment.The navigation safety evaluation index system of Minjiang channel of Fuzhou port was established after analyzed of various factors affecting the safety of the channel,then the navigation safety of channel was evaluated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP comprehensive evaluation.According to the evaluation results,and combined with the characteristics and Present situation of Minjiang channel of Fuzhou port,the auther proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of various risks reduce.
