摘  要:润滑油的磨粒图像能反映柴油机的磨损状态,但磨粒图像的特征参数提取方法不一.选用不同的小波进行图像处理,得到的结果也存在差异.通过对润滑油的磨粒图像进行多种小波分析,提取出能够反映柴油机磨损程度的特征参数值,指出DB4小波分析获得的参数值更能体现柴油机磨损程度.最后将小波分析处理得出的结论与同油样的油液光谱分析结果对照,表明应用小波分析方法处理磨粒图像具有较高的可靠性.The the wear particle image of lubricating oil can reflect the wear state of diesel engine,but the feature parameters extraction methods of wear particle image are different.The results of image processing with different wavelets are different.In this paper,the characteristic parameter values which can reflect the wear degree of diesel engine are extracted by wavelet analysis of wear particle image.It is pointed out that the parameter value obtained by DB4 wavelet analysis can reflect the wear degree of diesel engine better.Finally,the conclusion of wavelet processing is compared with the result of oil spectrum analysis of the same oil sample,which shows that the wavelet processing of wear particle image has high reliability.
