基于DEA理论的城市环保治理效果模型构建及实证研究

摘　　要：传统城市环保治理效果模型存在污染治理效率低的缺陷,无法有效治理城市环境。因此,有必要基于DEA理论,构建城市环保治理效果模型。本文通过确定模型构成要素,建立城市环保治理效果向量可能集及指标体系,完成基于DEA理论的城市环保治理效果模型构建,同时结合实例进行实证分析。结果表明,设计的治理效果模型治理效率较高,可以满足城市环保治理的实际需求。The traditional urban environmental protection treatment effect model has the defect of low pollution treatment efficiency and cannot effectively control the urban environment.Therefore,it is necessary to build an urban environmental protection governance effect model based on DEA theory.This paper establishes the possible set of urban environmental protection governance effect vector and indicator system by determining the elements of the model,and completes the construction of the urban environmental protection governance effect model based on DEA theory,and conducts empirical analysis with examples.The results show that the designed governance effect model has high governance efficiency and can meet the actual needs of urban environmental protection governance.
