摘  要:垃圾分类工作开展以来,北京市餐厨垃圾的分出量不断增加,对餐厨垃圾的处置技术提出了更高的要求。北京市现有23座餐厨垃圾处理设施,目前的处理能力为2700 t/d,其主要采用堆肥发酵技术、厌氧发酵技术、有氧发酵技术、“厌氧+有氧”混合技术和人工饲养昆虫处理技术。本文对比了这些技术在项目投入、经济效益、环境效益等方面的优势,认为在餐厨垃圾“三化”处置方面,人工饲养昆虫处理技术的环境效益、经济效益最佳。Since the start of waste sorting,the amount of food waste in Beijing has been increasing continuously,and higher requirements have been placed on the disposal technology of food waste.There are currently 23 kitchen waste treatment facilities in Beijing,with a current treatment capacity of 2700 t/d,which mainly adopts compost fermentation technology,anaerobic fermentation technology,aerobic fermentation technology,"anaerobic+aerobic"hybrid technology and artificial feeding insect treatment technology.This paper compares the advantages of these technologies in terms of project investment,economic benefits,and environmental benefits,and believes that in terms of the"three-chemical"disposal of kitchen waste,artificial breeding insects have the best environmental and economic benefits.
