摘　　要：军队医院参加健康扶贫工程,对口帮扶贫困县县医院是一项政治工作。结合参加健康扶贫巡视帮带和评估考核工作实践,梳理从扶贫开发到健康扶贫的政策背景,通过分析贫困县所处地域特点、支援和受援医院帮扶双方情况,提出健康扶贫"四个延伸"的策略考量。军队医院帮扶受援医院要从常态帮扶向精准帮扶延伸、从技术帮扶向管理帮扶延伸、从院内帮扶向院外帮扶延伸、从社会效益向军事效益延伸,特别是可以借机军队帮扶,加强军事考量,强化战略预置,预选战略要地,预置战救能力,预储战备物资。It is a political task for military hospitals pairing up with county-level hospitals in poverty-stricken areas in the health poverty alleviation project. Based on the practice of participating in the health poverty alleviation inspection and assessment, this paper combs the policy background from development-oriented poverty relief to the health poverty alleviation, and puts forward the strategy of "four extensions" of health poverty alleviation by analyzing the regional characteristics of poverty-stricken counties, the situation of both military hospitals and recipient hospitals. The military hospital’s assistance to recipient hospitals should extend from normal assistance to precise assistance, from technical assistance to management assistance, from in-hospital assistance to out-of-hospital assistance, and from social benefits to military benefits. In particular, military assistance can be taken advantage of to strengthen military considerations, strengthen strategic preset, preselect strategic location, preset combat rescue capabilities, and reserve materials for preparedness against war.
