摘　　要：目的了解加速康复外科模式下原发性肝癌手术患者的出院准备度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2019年4月至2019年10月,便利抽样法选取东方肝胆外科医院收治的184例加速康复外科模式下行手术治疗的原发性肝癌出院患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对其进行调查。结果患者出院准备度总分为(72.40±18.54)分,标准化得分为(6.04±1.54)分,处于中等水平;多元线性回归分析显示,自理能力、家庭人均收入、出院指导质量是加速康复外科模式下原发性肝癌手术患者出院准备度的主要影响因素。结论原发性肝癌术后患者的出院准备度处于中等水平,对于自理能力恢复不足和家庭收入低的患者,医护人员应加强患者的出院健康宣教,并做好出院后的延续性护理服务,帮助患者顺利度过康复期。Objective To understand the status quo of discharge readiness of patients with primary liver cancer under enhanced recovery after surgery,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From April 2019 to October 2019,184 patients with primary liver cancer discharged from the Hospital of Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery were selected by convenient sampling method.They were investigated by general information questionnaire,dis⁃charge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale.Results The total score of discharge readiness was(72.40±18.54)and the standardized score was(6.04±1.54),which was in the middle level.Multiple linear re⁃gression analysis showed that self-care ability,family per capita income and discharge guidance quality were the main factors influencing the discharge readiness of patients with primary liver cancer under enhanced recovery after surgery.Conclusion The discharge readiness of patients with primary liver cancer after operation is in the middle level,especially the patients with insufficient self-care ability and low family income.The medical staff should strengthen the health education of patients after discharge,and do a good job in the continuous nursing service after discharge,so as to help patients to pass the rehabilitation period smoothly.
