摘　　要：文章结合作者赴德国费尔德基兴卫勤训练基地参加伤病员后送协调小组培训中掌握的情况和资料,分析德军卫勤训练特点,诸如实战实保贴合紧、注重卫勤保障实效、卫勤保障能力精准、救治技术体系功能结构活等,并结合相关启示,对我军卫勤建设提出一系列建设性建议,包括注重卫勤理论研究、注重卫勤实战训练、注重卫生装备模块化建设、注重火线救治能力建设、注重后送能力训练、注重综合军事素质培养、注重涉外能力常态化培训等。Combining with the information and data from NATO patient evacuation coordination team dur⁃ing health service training in Germany,the author analyzes the characteristics of German military medical training,such as close integration of real medical support ability,emphasis on medical support effectiveness and precision,and flexible function structure of living treatment technology.According to the relevant inspiration,several construc⁃tive suggestions were put forward to promote the military medical construction,such as focusing on medical theory research,emphasizing on training of medical practice,paying attention to medical equipment modular construction,keeping a watchful eye on the frontline treatment ability,paying close attention to ability of patient evacuation,making a point of comprehensive quality of military training,attaching importance to the normalized training of for⁃eign-related ability,and so on.
