摘 要:采用化学改性与物理改性相结合的方法制备高性能纸尿裤用氨纶(HDS),即在制备氨纶纺丝原液的过程中提高二异氰酸酯含量、添加功能助剂,然后通过干法纺丝制备线密度为620 dtex的HDS,研究了HDS的化学结构、表面形貌、抗蠕变性、退绕性和弹性回复性能,并与常规纸尿裤用氨纶(CDS)进行对比。结果表明:与CDS相比,HDS的分子链中含有更多的硬段,氢键化水平更高;HDS的表面有大量纳米颗粒状凸起,纤维的表面粗糙度增加;HDS的回缩率为2.6%,CDS的回缩率为9.8%,HDS的抗蠕变性显著优于CDS;HDS丝卷的表、中、里层的退绕性均优于CDS,且退绕性更加均一稳定;HDS的弹性回复率达92.97%,而CDS的弹性回复率略低,为89.08%。High-performance spandex for diapers(HDS)was prepared by chemical modification and physical modification.The content of diisocyanate was increased and functional additives were added during the preparation of spinning solution of spandex,then HDS with the linear density of 620 dtex was prepared by dry spinning.The chemical structure,surface morphology,creep resistance,unwinding property and resilience of HDS were studied and compared with those of conventional spandex for diapers(CDS).The results showed that as compared with CDS,HDS had more hard segments and higher degree of hydrogen bonding in the molecular chain;the surface roughness of HDS increased due to a large number of nanogranular bulges on the surface;the shrinkage rate of HDS was 2.6%and that of CDS was 9.8%,indicating that the creep resistance of HDS was profoundly better than that of CDS;as compared with CDS,HDS had the unwinding property more splendid,uniform and stable at the surface,middle and inner layer of HDS bobbin;and the resilience of HDS was 92.97%,while that of CDS was slightly lower,i.e.89.08%.
