摘  要:以生物基十二碳二元酸和己二胺为原料,采用在水相中先成盐,后通过高压预聚合、常压聚合及负压聚合的方法制备尼龙612,研究了尼龙612的制备工艺,并对其结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:经傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征证明实验成功制备出尼龙612;尼龙612预聚最适宜的聚合温度为200℃,此时酰胺化反应速率最快;所制得的尼龙612的相对黏度约为2.4,其力学性能与美国DuPont公司产的牌号为Zytel 158L的尼龙612相当;以己二胺作相对分子质量调节剂制备的尼龙612试样,相对分子质量分布较窄、力学性能较好,其相对分子质量分布指数为1.78,拉伸强度为56.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为31.2%,弯曲强度为69.4 MPa,缺口冲击强度为14.6 kJ/m 2。Nylon 612 was prepared by high-pressure prepolymerization,atmospheric polymerization and negative-pressure polymerization subsequent to salt formation in aqueous phase using biobased dodecanedioic acid and hexanediamine as raw materials.The preparation technology of nylon 612 was studied,and its structure and properties were characterized.The results showed that nylon 612 was proved to be successfully prepared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy;the amidation rate was maximized at the optimal prepolymerization temperature of 200℃;the prepared nylon 612 had the relative viscosity about 2.4,and its mechanical properties were similar to those of Zytel 158L nylon 612 produced by DuPont Company in the United States;nylon 612 prepared with hexanediamine as a relative molecular mass regulator had the relatively narrow relative molecular mass distribution and the favorable mechanical properties;and its relative molecular mass distribution index was 1.78,the tensile strength 56.8 MPa,the elongation at break 31.2%,the bending strength 69.4 MPa,and the notched impact strength 14.6 kJ/m 2.
