摘  要:以高、低黏度聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,采用复合纺丝技术,制得低中空高回弹三维螺旋卷曲纤维,探讨了原料黏度和配比以及纺丝工艺对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的制备条件为高黏度PET和低黏度PET两组分的特性黏数差为0.064~0.087 dL/g,高黏度PET与低黏度PET的质量配比为(50/50)^(40/60),高黏度PET熔体温度为290~295℃,低黏度PET熔体温度为280~290℃,在此条件下制得的复合纤维呈现良好的三维螺旋立体卷曲,且卷曲细密而蓬松,纤维的中空率较常规风冷中空纤维的中空度低,纤维壁厚,具有较好的弹性回复率。Using high-and low-viscosity polyethylene terephthalate(PET)as raw materials,the three-dimensional spiral crimp fiber with low hollowness and high resilience was prepared by composite spinning technology.The effects of the viscosity and ratio of raw materials and the spinning process on the fiber properties were discussed.The results showed that the composite fiber can be obtained with good three-dimensional spiral crimp under the suitable preparation conditions as followed:the intrinsic viscosity difference between high-viscosity PET and low-viscosity PET 0.064-0.087 dL/g,the mass ratio of high-viscosity PET to low-viscosity PET(50/50)-(40/60),the melt temperature of high-viscosity PET 290-295℃and the melt temperature of low-viscosity PET 280-290℃;and the obtained fiber had fine and fluffy crimp,lower hollowness than the conventional air-cooled hollow fiber,great wall thickness and favorable elastic recovery.
