摘  要:介绍了低熔点纤维的基本结构、性能;综述了低熔点纤维的国内外发展概况;阐述了双组分低熔点纤维的制备工艺及其难点;简述了低熔点纤维在服用纺织品、产业用纺织品和非织造布领域的应用情况,低熔点纤维正不断拓展在纺织品、填充衬垫材料、汽车内饰、吸音棉、防火棉、医用卫生用品等细分市场上的应用,市场需求量将逐渐增加;指出未来低熔点纤维将朝着绿色原料、绿色制造、绿色可降解、多功能性的方向发展,在产品品质、性能上缩小与国外同类产品的差距。The basic structure and performance of low-melting point fiber were introduced.The development status of low-melting point fiber was reviewed in China and abroad.The preparation technology and the technological difficulties of low-melting point bicomponent fiber were described.The application of low-melting point fiber was briefly described in the fields of apparel textiles,industrial textiles and nonwovens.The application of low-melting point fiber is continuously expanded in textile,padding material,automobile interior decoration,sound-absorbing cotton,fire-proof cotton,medical and health products and other market segments,so the market demand will be gradually growing.It is pointed out that the low-melting point fiber would be developed toward the direction of green raw material,green manufacturing,green degradability and multi-function in the future,and the gap between the similar products in China and abroad should be narrowed in terms of product quality and performance.
