摘 要:介绍了环保型聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)用钛系催化剂(简称钛系催化剂)在PET的缩聚反应的催化机理;简述了钛系催化剂的发展历程和其研发的方向及目标;综述了国内外钛系催化剂的发展趋势;钛系催化剂的近阶段研究方向为复配法、水解法、负载化、稳定化、与附加助催化剂共存;指出目前研究需要解决的主要问题是钛系催化剂存储的稳定性、在乙二醇中的高溶解性、以及催化PET合成时反应条件的宽泛性和现有设备的匹配性。The catalytic mechanism of environmental friendly titanium catalyst for polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was introduced during polycondensation.The development history and the research direction and goal of titanium catalysts were briefly described.The development trend of titanium catalysts was reviewed at home and abroad.The research direction of titanium catalysts has been focused on compounding,hydrolysis,loading,stabilization,and coexistence with additional cocatalysts recently.It was pointed out that the main research problems be solved including the storage stability of titanium catalyst,the high solubility in ethylene glycol,the broad reaction conditions of PET catalytic synthesis and its matching with existing equipments.
