摘  要:简述了涤纶预取向丝-弹力丝(POY-DTY)纺丝工艺中,POY纺丝工艺节点、POY-DTY加弹工艺节点对POY油剂性能的要求,重点介绍了油剂配方组分与性能的构效关系。在涤纶POY-DTY纺丝过程中,POY油剂对纺丝工艺的顺利进行起到决定性作用,POY油剂除了需要达到基本的平滑性、集束性、抗静电性以外,还要具有优良的界面特性、较好的热稳定性和抗结焦性能。油剂是由不同结构的平滑剂、润湿剂、集束剂、抗静电剂和边界润滑剂等原料组分复配而成的,往往单一物质的调整即会引起多个性能的变化,需要对油剂组分和性能的构效关系进行平衡,以达到最优的使用效果。目前POY油剂正向着多功能性、宽适用性方向发展,丰富油剂原料的种类和对原料结构进行研究有助于改善和提升POY油剂的综合性能。The performance requirements of pre-oriented yarn(POY)finish by POY spinning process and POY-draw textured yarn(DTY)texturing process were briefly described during the spinning process of polyester POY-DTY.The structure-activity relationship between the composition and properties of finish was emphatically introduced.POY finish which plays a decisive role in the smooth spinning process of polyester POY-DTY has to possess not only basic gliding,collecting and antistatic properties but also excellent interface characteristics,good thermal stability and favorable anti-coking performance.Finish is composed of smooth agent,wetting agent,collecting agent,antistatic agent,boundary lubricant,etc..The adjustment of single component often leads to multiple performance changes.Therefore,it is necessary to balance the structure-activity relationship between the composition and performance of the finish to achieve the optimal application effect.At present,POY finish is developing towards the direction of multi-function and wide applicability.Enriching the types of finish components and researching the structure of finish components will help to improve and enhance the comprehensive performance of POY finish.
