摘 要:研究了尼龙66长丝中氢化三联苯的含量的测定方法。探讨了尼龙66长丝的加热萃取的最佳条件以及分光光度法测定溶液吸光度的最大吸收波长、方法的准确度和精密度、线性范围和检出限。结果表明:10 g左右的尼龙66长丝在水浴温度100℃(沸腾状态)条件下,以无水乙醇为溶剂萃取8 h,将萃取出的氢化三联苯溶液,采用分光光度法在最大吸收波长为244 nm时进行其吸光度的测定,通过标准工作曲线法测得尼龙66长丝中氢化三联苯的含量;该方法的加标回收率为96.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%;方法的线性范围为3~25μg/g,检出限为0.28μg/g。The determination method of hydrogenated terphenyl in nylon 66 filament was studied.The optimum conditions of heating extraction of nylon 66 filament and the maximum absorption wavelength of solution absorbance,the accuracy and precision,the linear range and the detection limit of the spectrophotometric determination were discussed.The results showed that the absorbance of hydrogenated terphenyl solution,which was obtained by extracting about 10 g nylon 66 filament with anhydrous ethanol as the solvent for 8 h at the water bath temperature of 100℃(boiling state),was determined by spectrophotometry at the maximum absorption wavelength of 244 nm;the content of hydrogenated terphenyl in nylon 66 filament was determined by standard working curve method;and the recovery of standard addition of this method was 96.0%-102.0%,the relative standard deviation 2.1%,the linear range 3-25μg/g,and the detection limit 0.28μg/g.
