摘  要:橡胶行业,尤其是轮胎企业,上辅机炭黑称量投料系统,经常出现炭黑多加、少加以及检量不准确系统失效等问题。造成许多胶料因炭黑问题不能用甚至报废,有些即使能用,也需人工切割,与正常料按比例一点点掺用,这不仅造成了极大的人力物力浪费,而且给质量控制带来风险。本文就其失效原因进行探讨、分析,并将已改造成功防止再发的方案予以公布,以供同行交流、参考、借鉴。In the rubber industry,especially tire companies,the carbon black weighing and feeding system of the auxiliary machine often has problems such as excessive and less carbon black addition and inaccurate inspection,and system failure.Many rubber materials cannot be used or even scrapped due to carbon black problems.Even if they can be used,some rubber materials need to be cut manually,and then mixed with normal materials in proportions.This not only causes a great waste of manpower and material resources,but also brings risk to quality control.This article discusses and analyzes the reasons for its failure,and publishes the successful modification scheme for peer exchange and reference.
