摘  要:本文分别对MPU/NBR共混胶和MPU/EPDM共混胶进行了不同并用比的实验研究,分别将二者在硫化特性曲线、拉断强度变化、应力-应变关系、热氧老化性能变化以及动态生热性能变化规律进行对比,结果发现,MPU/EPDM共混胶的硫化匹配程度明显好于MPU/NBR共混胶。在MPU中加入NBR会使得MPU相的硫化受到抑制,硫化程度过低,这是由于二者硫化特性不匹配所造成。与之对比的MPU与EPDM硫化特性相近,MPU/EPDM共混胶两相影响较小。In this paper,experiments on MPU/NBR blended rubber and MPU/EPDM blended rubber with different combined ratios were carried out,and the vulcanization characteristic curve,the change of tensile strength,the stress-strain relationship,the change of thermal oxygen aging performance and the change law of dynamic heat generation performance of the two were compared.It was found that the degree of vulcanization matching of MPU/EPDM blended rubber was significantly better than that of MPU/NBR blended rubber.Adding NBR to the MPU will inhibit the vulcanization of the MPU phase and the degree of vulcanization is too low,which is caused by the mismatch of the vulcanization characteristics of the two.In contrast,the vulcanization characteristics of MPU and EPDM are similar,and the two-phase effect of MPU/EPDM blended rubber is less.
