摘  要:大学生创新能力是大学生综合素质中最重要的组成部分。加强本科生的科研训练是提高创新能力的有效途径。如何在课程学习很紧张的情况下,通过参与科研训练切实提高大学生的创新能力是值得研究的一个课题。作者结合其多年指导科研训练的实践经验,发现要提高学生的科研积极性和增强科研训练的实效性,教师应该从切实关心关爱学生的成长开始。The innovation ability of college students is the most important part of the quality of college students.Strengthening the scientific research training for undergraduates is an effective way to improve their innovation ability.It is worth studying how to effectively improve the innovation ability of college students through participating in scientific research training when the course learning is very stressful.Based on many years of practical experience in guiding scientific research training,the writers realize that in order to improve students'enthusiasm and enhance the effectiveness of scientific research training,teachers should start from earnestly caring for the growth of students.
