摘　　要：新时代背景下,习近平总书记发表了一系列关于青年教育的重要讲话,对于高校青年成长成才工作具有根本性指导意义。新时代青年观内容十分丰富,主要概括为青年使命观、青年发展观、青年工作观。新时代高校辅导员工作面临不少的问题与挑战,新时代青年观的思想内容对高校辅导员工作有一定的启发意义,主要表现为:加强青年医学生思想引领、主动占领网络阵地、与思政课教师形成教育合力。Under the background of the new era, General SecretaryXi Jinping has issued a series of important speeches onyouth, which are of fundamental guiding significance for theyouth's growth and development in universities. Xi Jinping's conceptof youth is very rich in content, which can be summarized asyouth mission concept, youth development concept and youthwork concept. The work of medical college counselors in the newera is faced with problems and challenges. The content of Xi Jinping'sconcept of youth provides reference for medical collegecounselors, mainly manifested as: strengthening the ideologicalguidance of young medical students, taking the initiative to occupythe online position, and forming an educational synergy withideological and political course teachers.
