摘 要:现阶段,很多高校响应国家号召向应用型大学转型,这就要求高校教师除了要不断提高自己的教育教学能力,还应具备充分的实践能力,才能在应用型大学建设过程中满足学校培养学生的需求,在理论和实践方面都能给学生提供必要的指导。其中,作为理论基础的“高等数学”课程,尽管有理论性强、内容抽象等特点,其任课教师仍有参加社会实践的必要。但是,其实践的内容应与专业课程教师有所区别,更应注重数学知识在不同行业侧重点的搜集与归纳总结,针对学生实行分专业制订授课计划和分类培养。Recently many colleges and universities respond to thecall of the State to transform to application-oriented type, whichrequires their teachers not only to constantly improve their teachingability, but also to rise their practical ability, so that they canmeet the demand of cultivating applied?talents, and provide necessaryguidance to students on both theory and practice. Althoughthe higher mathematics course has the characteristics of strongtheory and abstract content, it is still necessary for its teachers to participate in social practice. However, the practice contents formathematics teachers should be different from those of teachersfor specialized courses, and more attention should be paid to thecollection and induction of mathematical knowledge in differentindustries, so as to realize the classified formulation of teachingplans and classified training of students in different specialties.
