摘  要:地方高校应依托“协同创新中心”平台建设,根据工科专业本科专业目录要求、学校办学定位和发展目标,因校制宜,探索产教深度融合方式,形成具有长远发展机制的、学科优势突出的、学生综合素质协调发展的专业应用型人才培养体系;构建一个以产教融合和协同创新为主导、适应地方高校工科专业应用型人才培养的动态机制,为国内地方院校工科专业应用型人才培养模式优化提供借鉴。Based on the construction of the"Collaborative Innovation Center"platform and according to the requirements of the undergraduate professional catalogue of engineering majors,the school's school positioning and development goals,as well as the school conditions,the deep integration of production and education is explored to form a professional application-oriented talent training system with a long-term development mechanism,outstanding subject advantages and coordinated development of students'comprehensive quality.Meanwhile,the dynamic mechanism based on the integration of production and education and collaborative innovation is constructed to adapt to the training of application-oriented talents of engineering specialties in local colleges and universities,which can be used for reference for optimizing the training model of application-oriented talents of engineering specialties in local colleges and universities.
