给排水专业嵌入工商管理课程的研究

摘　　要：结合南京工业大学浦江学院“工本位”“校企融合、产教并举”的应用型本科人才培养理念,该校给排水科学与工程专业以培养应用型工程技术人才为定位,依据本专业的课程及就业工作领域,有针对性地选择工商管理类课程,将其嵌入人才培养方案中。通过在专业课程中融入工商管理思维,打造特色“课程工商”,建立一个管理技能培养和专业技能培养共同发展的人才培养新模式,最终实现“善学习、会思考、能工作、懂文化、明是非、有担当”的浦江学院人才培养目标。Combining the application-oriented undergraduate talent training concepts of"engineering-orientation"and"school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration"in Pujiang Institute of Nanjing Tech University,the water supply and drainage science and engineering major takes the cultivation of application-oriented engineering and technical talents and the orientation.In accordance with the courses and employment orientation of the major,this paper selects targeted business management courses and embeds them into the talent training program of the major.By integrating business management thinking into the courses of the major,this paper establishes the characteristic model of"curriculum-based business management education"that emphasizing both the cultivation of management skills and the cultivation of professional skills,so as to achieve the institute's talent training goal of"being good at learning and thinking,being able to work,understanding professional knowledge,being able to distinguish right from wrong,and being responsible".
