关于火车站地区志愿服务工作的研究——以上海南站为例

摘　　要：近年来,我国的火车轨道交通枢纽建设与城市的精神文明建设之间的关系越发紧密,在各个城市都得到了高度的重视。每个城市的火车站既是重要的交通枢纽,又是城市宣传社会主义精神文明、开展“讲文明、树新风”等志愿服务的重要平台。该研究实地考察了上海南站的志愿服务工作,分析了上海南站志愿服务工作的现状以及南站地区对于志愿服务的需求,并经过分析和思考,提出了改善志愿服务工作的建议。In recent years,the relationship between the construction of rail transit hubs and the construction of urban spiritual civilization has become closer,and it has been highly valued in various cities.The railway station in each city is not only an important transportation hub,but also an important platform for the city to promote socialist spiritual civilization and carry out volunteer services such as"emphasizing civilization and establishing a new style".This study investigated the volunteer service work of Shanghai South Railway Station,analyzed the current situation of the volunteer service work in Shanghai South Railway Station and the demand for volunteer services in the South Railway Station area,and put forward suggestions for improving the volunteer service work after analysis and reflection.
