多基源溪黄草的化学成分和药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：药材溪黄草来源于唇形科香茶菜属植物,现为《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)四部收载品种。但历史上溪黄草的应用较为混乱,各家对其来源植物意见相左。结合近年来国内外研究报道,对溪黄草的基源植物(线纹香茶菜、狭基线纹香茶菜、纤花线纹香茶菜及同属植物溪黄草)及其化学成分与药理作用的研究进展进行综述。溪黄草主要含有萜类、酚酸类、黄酮类、甾醇类等化学成分,具有保肝、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节等多种药理作用。The herb medicine Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb comes from the genus Isodon of Labiatae,which was recorded in the fourth volume of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).However,there was confusion in the application of Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb in history,and different opinions focused on its source plants.Combined with domestic and foreign research reports in recent years,this article reviews the research progress of source plants of Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb,including Isodon lophanthoides(Buch.Ham.ex D.Don),Isodon lophanthoides var.gerardianus(Benth)Hara,Isodon lophanthoides var.graciliflorus(Benth)Hara,and Isodon serra(Maxim.)Hara,and their chemical constituents and pharmacological effects are also elaborated.Linearstripe Rabdosia Herb mainly contains terpenoids,phenolic acids,flavonoids,sterols and other chemical components,with multi pharmacological effects,such as liver protection,anti-tumor,antiviral and antibacterial activity,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and immune regulation.
