摘 要:为解决因软土路基不均匀沉降引起的桥头跳车问题,依托G15沈海高速直上河桥段工程,提出了顶管渐变置换非开挖处治方案。采用三维数值模拟法,首先分析了沿线路方向10 m范围内4种不同处治间距对沉降控制效果的影响规律,为处治方案提供合理的设计参考,然后对提出的顶管渐变置换设计方案进行了总体分析。结果表明:随着顶管间距的增加,沉降控制效果逐渐降低,当间距为1.06 m时,减载最大,沉降控制效果最好,且顶管下穿路堤,形成类似梁结构,能很好地承担上部荷载,因而在路基沉降控制中能够发挥作用;通过对桥头段进行顶管渐变置换法处治,使得路基沉降沿线路方向呈现渐变效果,有效地处治了桥头跳车问题。In order to solve the problem of bridge head jumping caused by uneven settlement of soft soil subgrade at Zhishanghe bridge of G15 Shenyang-Haikou expressway,a non-excavation treatment scheme of pipe jacking gradual replacement is proposed.Using the 3D numerical simulation method,the influence of 4 different treatment spacing on the settlement control effect within 10 m along the route direction is analyzed,which provides a reasonable design reference for the treatment scheme.Then the overall analysis of the proposed pipe jacking gradual displacement design scheme is carried out.The results show that the settlement control effect decreases with the increase of pipe jacking spacing.When the spacing is 1.06 m,the load reduction is the largest and the settlement control effect is the best.The pipe jacking passes through the embankment to form a similar beam structure,which can bear the upper load and reduce subgrade settlement.The subgrade settlement along the route direction changes gradually through pipe jacking gradual change replacement method on bridge head section,which effectively solves the problem of vehicle bumping at bridge head.
