摘 要:我国部分桥梁正进入设计寿命和服役年龄的后期,其抗震性能的评估、加固依据等问题引起了业界广泛关注。根据既有公路及城市桥梁遭遇的地震风险水平和新建桥梁地震风险水平一致的评估原则,通过调整、确定可变作用下的设计基准期,按照既有桥梁设计基准期(T<100年)内超越概率水平和新建桥梁设计基准期(T=100年)内超越概率一致的原则来确定既有桥梁的抗震设防标准,并通过定义抗震重要性系数来确定既有公路及城市桥梁的抗震加固设防标准。As some bridges in China are entering the later stages of their design life and service age,the seismic performance evaluation and the basis for seismic reinforcement have attracted more attention in the industry.Based on the principle that the seismic risk level of the existing bridge is consistent with that of the new bridge,the design reference period of variable action is determined by the certain adjustment.The seismic fortification standard for existing bridges is determined by the principle that the probability of exceeding in the design reference period of existing bridges(T<100 years)is consistent with that of the probability of exceeding in the design reference period of new bridges(T=100 years).The concept of seismic importance factor is defined to determine the seismic reinforcement and fortification standards of existing highway and urban bridges.
