摘  要:为了评估不同微生态制剂对保育猪生长性能及免疫机能的影响,本试验将425头保育猪分成5组,分别添加不同的微生态制剂,试验期42 d。测定保育猪的生长性能、腹泻率、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)免疫抗体,以及血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-4的含量。结果表明,百合1号(A组)、佳利保(B组)、宝得益(C组)、德林社乳仔猪专用(D组)这4种微生态制剂能够提高保育猪平均末重、平均增重、平均日增重,降低料肉比,A组与对照组相比平均增重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);A组、B组、D组3种微生态制剂能够降低腹泻率,D组与对照组相比腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);A组微生态制剂与对照组相比能够显著提高保育猪PRRSV免疫抗体水平(P<0.05);4种微生态制剂均能够提高IgG、IgA、IFN-γ、IL-6和IL-4的含量,A组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA及细胞因子IL-6含量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05)。The study evaluated the effects of probiotics on growth performance and immune function in nursery piglets.425 nursery piglets were divided into five groups and diets were supplemented with different probitics for 42 days.The growth performance,diarrhea rate,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)immune antibodies levels,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)levels,cytokine IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-4 levels were tested.The results showed that final body weight,and average daily gain were increased and feed to gain ratio was decreased by supplemental Bai He 1 Hao(A),Jia Li Bao(B),Bao De Yi(C)and De Lin She(D).Compared with the control group,body weight and average daily gain were significantly increased by supplemental A(P<0.05).The diarrhoea rate was decreased by supplemental A,B and D,which was significantly decreased in D group compared with control(P<0.05).The PRRSV immune antibodies levels were significantly increased in A group compared with control(P<0.05).The IgG,IgA,IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-4 were elevated by supplemention with these four probiotics.IgG,IgA,IFN-γand IL-6 were significantly increased in A group compared with control(P<0.05).
