摘 要:为了研究西宁市不同区域食品中主要金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素(SE)与耐热核酸酶(nuc)基因的时序性表达规律及二者之间的相关性,本试验利用实时荧光定量多聚酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)技术在mRNA水平对金黄色葡萄球菌A、B、E三种SE基因及nuc基因在不同生长阶段的相对表达量进行研究。结果表明:不同基因型的金黄色葡萄球菌在不同来源、不同种类的食品中的表达水平有显著差异。SEA与nuc基因的表达规律一致;SEB和SEE与nuc基因的表达规律则不一致,且SEB高表达。本试验结果为金黄色葡萄球菌毒力机制研究与食品质量安全控制提供了参考。In order to study the temporal expression of the enterotoxin(SEA、SEB and SEE)from Staphylococcus aureus and heat-resistant nuclease(nuc)genes from foodborne in Xining areas,their temporal expression at different growth stages of mRNA and the correlation between SE and nuc genes by RT-qPCR were studied.The results showed that it was significantly different in food sources and species from in genotypes of S.aureus.It was consistent when comparing SEA with nuc gene expression,while it was different when comparing SEB and SEE with nuc gene expression of S.aureus,SEB was highly expressed.It would be valuable to further study the pathogenic mechanism and the control of food safety of S.aureus in foodborne.
