摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在急救呼吸机维护与维修中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年12月医院的60台急救呼吸机作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30台。观察组采用风险管理方法,对照组采用传统管理方法,比较两组呼吸机的通气性能参数及故障发生频次。结果两组的潮气量(VT)、呼吸频率(RR)、吸气峰压力(PIP)、吸入氧浓度(FiO2)、呼气末正压(PEEP)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组潮气量异常、气源不足、报警、保险丝自动弹出和显示器黑屏的发生频次均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学工程师对急救呼吸机实施风险管理,可保证急救呼吸机的通气性能,减少故障的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in the maintenance and repair of emergency ventilators.Methods 60 emergency ventilators in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected in this study and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 sets in each group.The observation group was managed by risk management measures,while the control group was managed by traditional management measures,and the ventilation performance parameters and the failure frequency of the selected equipments in the two groups were compared.Results No significant difference was found in tidal volume(VT),respiratory rate(RR),peak inspiratory pressure(PIP),fraction of inspiration O2(FiO2)and positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)between the two groups(P>0.05);The failure frequency of abnormal tidal volume,insufficient gas source,alarm,automatic pop-up of fuse and black screen of the display in the observation group was less than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management of emergency ventilators implemented by the medical engineers can ensure the ventilation performance of emergency ventilators and reduce the occurrences of failure.
