摘　　要：目的探讨计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)循环管理法对精神分裂症患者藏药行为的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年11月于医院接受治疗的92例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取PDCA循环管理法管理,比较两组的管理效果。结果观察组藏药行为发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理管理后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及蒙特利尔认知评价量表(MoCA)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施PDCA循环管理法,能够加强患者对疾病的认知程度,提高用药依从性,减少藏药行为的发生。Objective To explore the effects of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cyclic management method on hiding medicines behavior of schizophrenics.Methods 92 schizophrenics treated in the hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected in this study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each.The control group was managed routinelywhile the obversation group was managed by PDCA cyclic method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of hiding medicines behavior in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing management,the Mini Mental Status Examination(MMSE)score and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication adherence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through implementing PDCA cyclic management method among schizophrenics,the patients'cognition of the disease could be enhanced,the medication adherence could be improved and meanwhile the patients'behavior of hiding medicinescould also be rduced.
