透明质酸移植液对既往种植失败患者解冻妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨含透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)移植液能否改善既往种植失败患者解冻妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析460个有既往种植失败史的解冻复苏周期,其中203例纳入HA移植液组,257例纳入非HA组,比较两组间临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、多胎妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率和活产率。结果两组一般资料及临床妊娠结局差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但亚组分析显示HA组解冻囊胚临床妊娠率高于对照组(55.00%vs 44.12%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论含透明质酸移植液能提高既往种植失败患者解冻囊胚临床妊娠率,但对于卵裂期胚胎解冻临床妊娠结局和活产率无明显改善。Objective To explore the effect of different transfer medium on clinical in the frozen-thawed cycles for patients with previous implantation failure.Methods A total of 460 patients were included,203 of which were transferred with EmbryoGlue(EG)while the rest were G-2 PLUS.The clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and live birth rate were comparedbetween the two groups.Results No statistically significant difference were observed in clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate,implantation rate,multiple pregnancy rate,abortion rateand ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups.However,subgroup analysis indicated that the patients who received blastocyst transfer,the clinical pregnancy rate of EG group was significantly higher than that in G-2 group(55.00%vs.44.12%,P<0.05).Conclusion Our results suggest that EmbryoGlue seem to have any beneficial effect on clinical pregnancy rate in blastocyst transfer in the patients with previous implantation failure.However,it does not appear to have any significant effect on the live birth rates.
