摘　　要：目的研究磁珠耳穴贴压交叉试验对儿童齿科焦虑症状的缓解作用。方法选取2019年2月~2019年10月于新疆医科大学儿童口腔科就诊的66名5~6岁患儿作为研究对象。将入组的患儿随机分到第1组和第2组,每组33名患儿。每组患儿经历两次乳磨牙龋齿治疗,第1组患儿第一次采用方法A(磁珠耳穴贴压+告知-演示-操作)缓解齿科焦虑,第二次采用方法B(告知-演示-操作)缓解齿科焦虑。第2组患儿第一次采用方法B,第二次采用方法A缓解齿科焦虑,完成方法A和方法B的交叉试验。分析比较两种方法对患儿心率、依从性、焦虑表情和合作行为的影响。结果与方法B比较,方法A患儿在局麻和治疗中平均心率较低,患儿依从性评价-frankl评分较高,患儿焦虑表情评价-MCDAS评分和合作行为评价-Venham评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁珠耳穴贴压能够缓解5~6岁患儿的齿科焦虑。Objective To assess the effects of auricular-plaster therapy on dental anxiety(CDA)in children.Methods A total of 66 children aged 5-6 years were selected from the Department of Pediatric Stomatology of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2019 to October 2019.The children were randomly divided into group 1 and group 2 with 33 children in each group.Each group of children experienced two times of primary molar caries treatment.The first group of children used method A(magnetic bead auricular point sticking+informing demonstration operation)to relieve dental anxiety,and the second time adopted method B(informing demonstration operation)to relieve dental anxiety.The second group was treated with method B for the first time,and method A was used for the second time to relieve dental anxiety.The effects of two methods on heart rate,compliance,anxiety expression and cooperative behavior were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the method B,the children with method A had lower average heart rate,higher compliance assessment-Frankl score,lower anxiety expression evaluation-MCDAS score and cooperative behavior evaluation-Venham score in the local anesthesia and treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic bead auricular point sticking can relieve dental anxiety of the children aged 5-6 years.
