摘  要:2018年以来,我国新车销量连续两年出现负增长,伴随着商车费改持续深化、新车承保费率下调、续保费率持续下降,车险承保市场保费增速处于连续增速下降趋势。同时,机动车保险赔付率也在2014年之后逐年降低,出现车险出险频次下降、案均赔款上升的趋势,保险公司理赔压力逐年增大,针对车险理赔的风险管控以及理赔减损提出了更高的要求。为此,本文首先面向中国财产险公司进行车险理赔风险防渗漏的调研分析;然后基于复合事件处理方法对风险渗漏进行事件级别划分,同时定义事件含义与事件触发条件;最后利用Storm大数据实时计算架构搭建一套风险防渗漏应用,应用于车险定损理赔环节实现实时渗漏筛查,为车险理赔风险管控及理赔减损提供信息化管理工具。Since 2018,China's new car sales have experienced negative growth for two consecutive years.With the continuous deepening of the reform of commercial automobile insurance terms and rates,the reduction of the premium rate for new car insurance and the continuous decline of the premium rate for renew⁃al,the growth rate of insurance premiums in the automobile insurance underwriting market is in a downward trend.At the same time,the loss rate of automobile insurance also decreased year by year after 2014,showing a trend of decreasing the frequency of automobile insurance accidents and increasing the indemnity per case.Therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the risk control and loss reduction of automobile in⁃surance claims.To this end,research and analysis for anti-leakage of automobile insurance claim risk is car⁃ried out among Chinese property insurance companies;Then,based on the composite event processing method,the prevention of risk leakage is divided into different event level,and define the event meaning and trigger conditions at the same time;Finally,using the Storm big data real-time computing architecture a set of risk anti-leakage application is built to achieve real-time leakage screening in automobile insurance claims,pro⁃viding information management tools for automobile insurance claim risk control and claim reduction.
