摘　　要：目的:探讨普通发热门诊患者随访对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-2019)筛查的临床价值。方法:以800例急诊普通发热门诊患者作为研究对象,电话追踪随访患者并登录门诊及住院系统查询患者相关检查结果进行综合分析。结果:随访800名患者中,发热患者310例(38.75%),有呼吸道症状患者524例(65.5%),无呼吸道症状患者276例(34.5%),经初诊后回家症状缓解不明显患者18例(2.25%),其中4例患者复诊查肺部CT提示符合病毒性肺炎疑似病例特征,经新型冠状病毒核酸检测均为阴性。结论:普通发热门诊患者(非疫区)的随访对及时排查COVID-2019有重要意义,并能最大限度减少患者病情的扩散对社会造成的影响。Objective:To explore the clinical value of follow-up of common fever patients for COVID-2019 screening.Methods:800 common fever patients were counted.The patients were followed up by telephone and their relevant tests results were collected from the outpatient and inpatient system for comprehensive analysis.Results:Among the 800 patients,310 were fever patients(38.75%),524 patients had respiratory symptoms(65.5%),276 patients had no respiratory symptoms(34.5%),18 patients who felt no obvious improvement after initial diagnosis(2.25%),of which 4 patients had the follow-up chest CT showing the characteristics of suspected cases of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,underwent real-time RT-PCR assay using 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection kit and all results were negative.Conclusion:The follow-up of fever patients(not from endemic areas)is of great significance for timely detection of novel coronavirus pneumonia and minimizes the impact of the spread of patients condition on society.
