摘 要:五轴联动工具磨床是对复杂自由表面刀具进行高效磨削制造的先进装备。着力发展五轴联动工具磨床,可大幅提高制造业的发展水平。对国内外五轴磨床主要厂商和主要产品进行了对比分析,并介绍了五轴工具磨床的关键结构、数控系统、检测系统以及磨削工艺的研究进展。得出结论:开放性数控系统不仅要提高兼容性和扩展性,也要提升运行速度和加工精度;检测系统的研究应更关注机床故障的早期检测,并提供解决方案,而工件的检测应向非接触式检测发展;五轴磨削工艺需侧重于工艺优化和兼容性问题的研究。Five axis linkage tool grinder is an advanced equipment for efficient grinding and manufacturing of complex free surface tools.Focusing on the development of five axis linkage tool grinder can greatly improve the development level of manufacturing industry.The main manufacturers and products of five axis grinder at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The key structure,CNC system,detection system and grinding technology of five axis tool grinder were introduced.It is concluded that the open CNC system should not only improve the compatibility and expansibility,but also improve the running speed and machining accuracy;the research of the detection system should pay more attention to the early detection of machine tool faults and provide solutions,and the workpiece detection should develop to non-contact detection;the five axis grinding process should focus on the process optimization and compatibility.
