摘　　要：为了培养综合工程技术人才,融合各学科知识,基于生产实践,开发设计了工业生产线标签打印控制系统。该系统包括西门子S7系列不同型号PLC、TPC7062Ti触摸屏、各式电机等。详细阐述了系统的输入、输出端子分配,通过组建网络、规划通信数据,根据各工作单元的要求,绘制整体程序流程图,并进行了PLC程序编写以及触摸屏界面设计。该系统实现了各控制模块数据之间的通信、各运动位置的定位检测、各控制电机的调试、生产线各电机运行控制监测等功能。该系统不但具有一定的实用价值,且对于引导高职教育向工程实践、工程创新方向发展有一定的参考价值。In order to cultivate comprehensive engineering and technical talents and integrate the knowledge of various disciplines,the label printing control system of industrial production line was developed and designed based on production practice.The system includes Siemens S7 Series PLC of different models,TPC7062Ti touch screen,various types of motors,etc.The input and output terminal assignment of the system was described in detail.The overall program flow chart was drawn according to the requirements of each work unit by establishing the network and planning the communication data.The PLC program and the touch screen interface were designed.The system realizes the functions of data communication between each control module,positioning detection of each moving position,debugging of each control motor and monitoring of motor operation of production line.The system not only has a certain practical value,but also has a certain reference value for guiding higher vocational education to the direction of engineering practice and engineering innovation.
