摘  要:集中式馈线自动化技术过于依赖通信,因此在通信环境复杂的低压配电网中更难适用,使台区智能化提升受阻。从可靠性、经济性和智能化角度考虑,提出一种低压集中-就地一体化控制模式与策略,融合了集中式和就地式两者的优点,解决了因通信不稳定造成集中式馈线自动化失效的问题。应用该模式已制作成了试验样机,并在实际工程中进行了试用,结果表明在通信质量较差的偏远地区也能较好适用。Centralized feeder automation technology relies on communication,so it is more difficult to apply in low-voltage distribution network with complex communication environment,which hinders the intelligent promotion of substation area.From the perspective of reliability,economy and intelligence,a low voltage centralized local integrated control mode and strategy was proposed,which combined the advantages of centralized and local control,and solved the problem of centralized feeder automation failure caused by unstable communication.The application of the model has been made into a test prototype,and has been used in practical projects.The results show that it can also be applied in remote areas with poor communication quality.
