摘 要:锅炉管道能否安全运行,与其横向性能的优劣有较大关系,有必要对管道的横纵性能差异进行分析。对存在带状组织的锅炉再热蒸汽冷段管道用钢A672B70CL32进行了横向和纵向力学性能及显微的对比分析。结果表明,钢管横纵向力学性能的差异主要表现为横向冲击韧性的降低,而横纵向强度和塑性基本无差异,这与钢管中非金属夹杂物含量较低及钢管轧制成形工艺导致横向也产生了交叉的带状组织有关。It is necessary to analyze the difference between the transverse and longitudinal performance of boiler pipes.The transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties and microstructure of A672B70CL32 steel for boiler reheat steam cold section pipe with banded structure were compared and analyzed.The results show that the difference of transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of steel pipes is mainly manifested in the decrease of transverse impact toughness,but there is no difference in transverse and longitudinal strength and plasticity,which is related to the low content of non-metallic inclusions in the steel pipe and the cross banded texture produced by the rolling process.
