摘  要:用单相24槽电容运转电机为例,进行4/6极变极调速接线设计分析。通过对6极、反接法4极、换相法4极、特殊换相法4极电机的槽电势星形图分析,得出主副绕组合成电动势的矢量关系,确定4/6极变极绕组接线方案。利用Ansys Maxwell仿真系统从场方面进行电磁模拟仿真,得出磁动势的傅里叶分解图和气隙磁场分布图,从“路”的方面进行电磁计算,得出3种4极接线方式下的电机各项性能参数,从而选出最优理论设计方案进行实样验证,确定最佳变极设计方案,得出特殊换相法4/6变极方案最佳。Taking the single-phase 24 slot capacitor running motor as an example,the design and analysis of 4/6-pole pole pole changing speed regulation wiring was carried out.Through the analysis of slot potential star diagram of 6-pole,4-pole reverse connection,4-pole commutation and 4-pole special commutation method,the vector relationship of electromotive force formed by the combination of main and secondary windings was obtained,and the wiring scheme of 4/6-pole pole pole changing winding was determined.The electromagnetic simulation was carried out from the field aspect by using Ansys Maxwell simulation system,and the Fourier decomposition diagram of MMF and the air gap magnetic field distribution diagram were obtained.The electromagnetic calculation was conducted from the"circuit"aspect,and the performance parameters of the motor under three four pole connection modes were obtained,the optimal theoretical design scheme was selected for real sample verification,and the optimal pole changing design scheme was determined,and the 4/6 pole changing scheme with special commutation method was the best.
