摘  要:运用NX10.0软件三维建模和CAM编程功能,设计一模多腔多品种头帽塑料模具,根据注塑模具分型面设计原则选择合理的模具分型面,设计成一模四腔双品种的注塑模具,利用该软件的CAM编程功能编辑该模具的数控加工G代码,并进行模拟仿真加工,确认加工刀路没有问题之后,才进入真实数控加工环节。利用该软件设计塑料模具,既能够确保模具的设计效果,又能够提高塑料制件的质量,最终设计出合格头帽注塑模具。By using NX10.0 software 3D modeling and CAM programming function,a multi-cavity mould many kinds of plastic mold head cap was designed,according to the principle of injection mold parting surface design to choose reasonable mold parting surface,one module and four cavities varieties of double injection mold was designed.The CAM programming function of the software was used to edit the NC machining G code of the mold,and simulation processing was carried out.After confirming that there was no problem with the machining tool path,the real NC machining process was started.Using the software to design the plastic mold could not only ensure the design effect of the mold,but also improve the quality of the plastic parts.Finally,a qualified injection mold for the head cap was designed.
