摘  要:以某海上采油平台照明系统为例,通过时控开关、光控开关和接触器的组合使用,结合现场实际需求对现有照明控制系统进行节能设计改造。平台主甲板采用改造后的设计及选择合适照明模式后,每年可节约电能25929.6 kW·h。海上采油平台使用自备发电机发电,改造后每年可节约10994.15 m^3天然气。此设计还弥补了只采用时控开关时,在白天日照不足的恶劣天气下系统无法工作的缺陷。Taking the lighting system of an offshore oil production platform as an example,through the combination of time control switch,light control switch and contactor,combined with the actual needs of the site,the existing lighting control system was designed and reformed for energy saving.The main deck of the platform can save 25929.6 kW·h of electric energy every year by adopting the modified design and selecting appropriate lighting mode.The offshore oil production platform uses self provided generator for power generation,and 10994.15 m^3 of natural gas can be saved every year after transformation.The design also makes up for the defect that the system can’t work in the bad weather with insufficient sunshine when only using time control switch.
