摘　　要：某自动化工厂项目中有应用FANUC 0i系统的单机设备和应用Siemens系统的自动化上下料机构,为解决两种不同的数控系统之间如何进行数据通讯的问题,以Siemens S7-315作为主站,将多台单机FANUC系统作为从站,组成完整的Profibus总线网络,再通过DP-Coupler模块实现与自动化上下料的Profibus总线进行数据通讯,从而将多台FANUC 0i数控系统融入到整个自动化工厂的Profibus总线的控制方案中,实现整个无人化生产线项目。There are some individual machines with FANUC Oi controller and a set of automatic loading and unloading structure with Siemens S7 in one automatic factory.By using one Siemens S7-315 as master station and six FANUC Oi controllers as slave stations,a whole Profibus network was set up.Through DP coupler module,data communication with Profibus bus for automatic loading and unloading was realized,so that multiple FANUC Oi numerical control systems were integrated into the Profibus control scheme of the whole automatic chemical plant,and the whole unmanned production line project was realized.
