摘 要:电梯控制主板的寿命评估一直是老旧电梯安全评估领域困扰已久的问题,而电容器的退化失效是电梯控制主板最常见的故障之一,电容的稳定性直接决定了电梯控制主板的使用寿命。介绍了电梯控制主板电容的分类,分析了电容退化失效的原因,总结了电容使用寿命的分析计算方法,对老旧电梯控制主板的电容剩余寿命进行了研究,为老旧电梯控制系统评估提供了一种新的思路。The life assessment of elevator control motherboard has been a long-standing problem in the field of old elevator safety assessmentThe degradation failure of capacitor is one of the most common failures of elevator control motherboardThe stability of capacitor directly determines the service life of the elevator control board.The classification of the capacitor of elevator control board was introduced,the causes of the degradation failure of capacitor was analyzed,the analysis and calculation method of capacitor was summarized,and the remaining life of capacitor in the old elevator control motherboard was studied.The research provides a new idea for the evaluation of the old elevator control system.
