摘  要:上游泵送机械密封可通过端面槽型等参数的设计实现低泄漏、低摩擦、长寿命的优异性能。本文对一种新型的多列品字形螺旋槽上游机械密封的密封性能进行了数值研究,建立了密封间隙内含有气液分界面的多列螺旋槽上游泵送机械密封流场仿真模型,并基于该模型对比了经典双列八字螺旋槽和新型多列品字螺旋槽在不同压差下的密封性能变化规律。计算结果表明,在本文参数条件下,压差波动时,多列品字螺旋槽相比双列八字槽具有更加稳定的密封性能、液体润滑面积和更强的承载性能。本文进一步研究了品字槽中副下游槽的槽深和螺旋角等几何参数对密封性能的影响规律,为这种多列螺旋槽上游泵送密封的槽型参数设计提供理论指导依据。The upstream pumping mechanical seal can achieve excellent performance of low leakage,low friction and long life through the design of parameters of the groove on the end face.The sealing performance of a new type of multi-row spiral groove upstream mechanical seal was investigated numerically.The simulation model of the upstream pumping mechanical seal flow field of the multi-row spiral groove with gas-liquid interface in the seal gap was developed.Based on the model,the classic doublerow spiral grooves and the new multi-row spiral grooves were compared under different pressure differences.The calculation results show that under the condition of the parameters,when the pressure difference fluctuates,the new multi-row spiral grooves have more stable sealing performance,liquid lubrication area and stronger bearing performance than the classic double-row grooves.The influence of geometric parameters,such as groove depth and spiral angle of the assistant downstream spiral grooves of the new type seal,on the sealing performance was further studied,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of the groove type parameters of the upstream pumping seal with the multi-row spiral grooves.
