摘 要:以某电厂600 MW机组循环冷却水系统为对象,建立事故停泵水力过渡过程数学模型,计算初始两阶段关阀策略下的事故停泵水力过渡过程。在关阀总历时相同情况下,研究快关时间与快关角度(即快关结束时阀门开启度)对管路系统安全性的影响。研究表明,快关时间与角度增加都会加强关阀过程管路流动,快关时间对正向流动影响较大,快关角度对倒流影响较大。调整快关时间与角度,优化关阀策略,可以使管路系统安全性提升。Taking the circulating cooling water system of a 600 MW power plant as an example,the mathematic model of hydraulic transient process of emergency pump shutdown was established,and the hydraulic transient process of emergency pump shutdown under the initial two-stage valve closing strategy was calculated.Under the same total valve closing time,the influence of quick closing time and quick closing angle(i.e.valve opening degree at the end of quick closing)on pipeline system safety was studied.The results show that the increase of both quick closing time and angle will strengthen the pipeline flow during valve closing.The quick closing time has a great influence on the forward flow and the quick closing angle has a great influence on the reverse flow.The safety of pipeline system can be improved by adjusting the quick closing time and angle and optimizing the valve closing strategy.
