摘  要:松辽盆地古龙页岩油储层裂缝形态复杂,压裂施工规模受限。为了准确判断施工难点,降低压裂加砂难度,增强储层改造效果,利用已施工井测试G函数曲线分析,结合岩心标定,归纳形成了3类典型的页岩油储层G函数曲线解释图版,并优选停泵压力梯度、近井摩阻、滤失系数3项特征参数,建立压裂特征参数诊断标准,提高了诊断效率及结果的可靠性。在此基础上,针对不同的诊断结论,探索形成了动态酸处理、“临界砂比法”试探加砂、砂塞打磨降滤、逆混合主缝延伸和阶段控排量分级加砂5项针对性的工艺控制措施。现场应用后,疑难施工层段比例由初期的55%降至20%,水平段压裂加砂强度由1.13 m^3/m提至2.48 m^3/m,取得较好效果。研究成果为页岩油储层压裂现场决策提供了一套量化判别标准,实现了页岩油储层改造能力提升,推动了古龙页岩油资源的有效动用。Fracture shape in the shale oil reservoirs of Gulong Sag in North Songliao Basin are complex,the fracturing scale is limited.In order to accurately judge the operation difficulties,reduce the difficulty of inputting the fracturing sand and improve the effect of the reservoir reformation,with the help of the analysis of the tested G function curve of the stimulating well and integrating with the calibration of the cores,three-type interpreting chart boards of the G function curve of the shale oil reservoirs were summarized.And moreover three characteristic parameters,namely,pump-off pressure gradient,near-well friction and filtration coefficient,were optimized to establish the diagnostic criteria for the characteristic parameters of the fracturing,which improve the diagnostic efficiency and the reliability of the results.On this basis,five specific process control measures including dynamic acid treatment,sand trail-input by“critical sand ratio method”,grinding and filtration reducing of sand plug,reverse mixed major fractures extension as well as stage-controlled flowback and graded sand-adding technique were explored and developed according to different diagnosis conclusions.After the field application,the proportion of difficult fracturing intervals decreased from 55%in the initial stage to 20%,the sand adding strength in the horizontal interval increased from 1.13 m^3/m to 2.48 m^3/m,the applied effects were pretty better.The study results have provided a set of quantitative criteria for the decision making of the shale oil reservoir fracturing,realized the enhancement of the shale oil reservoir simulation capacity and promoted the effective development of Gulong shale oil resources.
