摘　　要：美国身份曾经坚固统一,但现在正走向破碎,美国秩序曾经令外邦仰慕,但目前却沦为民众分裂的源头。在2020年美国大选的背景下,本篇对谈旨在对美国身份和秩序是否需要重建,自由主义和保守主义各自在未来的使职是什么等问题展开深度讨论。American identity,once solid and unified,appears collapsing now.Similarly,American order,once an embodiment of the proud city upon the hill,now becomes the focal point upon which people are dividing themselves.What happened?Might there be of any necessity to rebuild the order and identity?What part may be distributed respectively to conservatives and liberals to play?This interview will be discussing all these issues with a view to the 2020 election.
